I love the fit of these trousers. the color is really beautiful and like the one in the pictures. they're a bit too heavy for the Italian summer (I haven't read the weight before), but they'll be perfect for autumn

I have been reluctant to jump on the barrel leg "trend," as much that I have seen reminds me of Yosemite Sam. . . but these aren't that! They drape wonderfully and I'm so excited to wear them A LOT once the weather cools down. For science: I'm a size ten with a butt and thighs, so I went with the L/XL. I have plenty of room and perhaps could have sized down, but I do like these in a slouchy look.

The pants fall well. I like the cut and it feels easy on my belly even though it's high waisted. Fabric is heavy but soft and drapes well.

I live these trousers! They fit perfectly and they are super comfortable!

I'm super jazzed with these pants! They feel sturdy, fit well and look great! I love how the cut gives them a bit of a balloon pants esque look.

Very nice pants and fit. The heavy linen holds the shape greatly. Sizing L-XL is a bit tight in waist for size 12/14 US.

I love the heavy linen. I haven't washed them yet and know they will be wrinkled but that's linen for you. Thank you for your wonderful fashions and linen fabric.

Great quality, the cut is just a bit too wide on my thighs, but that can be fixed easily. The color and material are lovely and the waist band sits comfortably.

I struggled with deciding which colour to choose as I loved both terracotta and pine green. I went for pine green in the end and the fabric and colour is just so perfect. Now I have two Frankies as I find the model just perfect which is quite record breaking to me :)

I fell in love with these pants already ages ago but only recently ordered them. They are so comfy, elegant while also relaxed. I love these barrel legs! And the heavy linen fabric is really good quality and has even this nice sheen to it. Yesterday I wore them the first time with wool tights underneath (it was -1'C and snowy here) and they worked well together.

These pants are super flattering and fit incredibly well. The fabric is nice and thick and I've been wearing them through winter with no issue.

I live in these. . . no need for jeans anymore!

This is a well made and very comfortable pair of trousers! They’ve been in heavy rotation ever since I got them.

The pants are very comfortable, the linen is thick and creases less. I usually wear size XL and here XL fits me perfectly. Next time I will order pants with longer legs 😊

I love the design, material quality and color of these trousers. I would only change one thing: that they had a real zipper and button opening instead of being pull on. Other than that they are perfect!

Unfortunately I had to return the trousers as they looked huge on me, and I do not usually wear tight clothes. I followed the size guide and even asked customer support to be sure and not have to deal with returns but I still should have sized down. The fabric and colour were nice though.

These pants are fantastic. They are extremely flattering; I sized down (checking the measurements of waist/hips and hoping they'd fit over my hips with the elastic stretch) and they dooooo! They're so good. Ever time I wear them my partner tells me I look good. The heavyweight linen is so nice.

These pants are very well made and heavy warm material for winter weather. I plan to wear these out as the weather gets cooler.

Bigger than expected -but still really fine quality!!

These are excellent! I didn't realize that the button and zipper area are faux, but that makes me like them even more. You have the look of a zipper but they are pull on! :) This is genius!

I previously bought Frankie in lightweight but the linen soon shred after not much use. I’ve purchased multiple garments in the heavyweight and they are lasting and durable. Fit is always great.

I purchased the Frankie pants in XS black heavyweight linen, my first pair in the heavier linen. I wasn’t sure if I’d like them as much as the pairs I have in mid weight linen, but the fabric flows beautifully and has a lovely drape! I plan on layering these to wear with black leggings in the winter.

I received my Heavy Linen Trousers today and tried them on immediately. The texture of the fabric feels amazingly pleasurable on my skin. Also, the stitching is very well done. I don't want to take the trousers off no more. This garment will definitely become one of my standards!

I bought them in XS in black, customised to add 15 cm to the leg length. I already have them in the lighter linen, also originally 15 cm longer, and I really loved those for even the hottest days of summer (almost 40°C this year), but they also work for winter with added long johns underneath (as do these). I took off a little of the length of the lighter ones and undid the seam that creates the slight oval shape of the leg, so that the leg now flares out, because I prefer it that way, and now I have some extra fabric in case I need to patch something up. I'll do the same thing for the heavier linen version. The only thing that I am a little worried about is that the waistband might start to rub off on the inside rather soon, because the trousers cannot be unbuttoned and therefore have to be pulled up and down multiple times a day, creating a lot of friction. But I'll just sew in an additional layer of fabric over the inside of the waistband, and we should be good. I think it should even be possible to alter them so that they can be opened by unbuttoning, there is enough fabric overlap, but I haven’t tried that yet. But, even if you’re not into sewing yourself: Since the heavy linen fabric is much sturdier than the thin one, that should also help prevent the waistband from breaking down too quickly. It almost feels like very light denim material, thicker, heavier and less translucent than the thin black linen (which is not see-through, it just leaves through more light than this one), but softer and lighter than my 100% cotton jeans. They feel a little weightier, like jeans do, which I love, because it makes me feel like my legs are well protected. Overall, I really, REALLY like these trousers. They fit my small-waist-bigger-hips combination perfectly, they are loose enough that I can do high kicks and gay sitting, they look incredibly professional, they will accommodate slight weight fluctuations without alteration but can be easily altered to accommodate larger fluctuations, they have four pockets big and sturdy enough for my phone, they bunch up the exact right amount in the back so that not even high contrast underwear is visible (no panty lines either!), and the quality of the sewing is really high! The elastic is easy to access to alter the length if necessary, and it is sewn down in the back so it won't twist, the pockets are sewn in such a way that means the corners won't rip if I use them for heavier things sometimes, the seam allowance is enough for slight adjustments should they be necessary, and, at least for me, the size chart is very accurate – I could probably go on listing things I like about them forever. TL;DR: EXTREMELY good trousers. Would absolutely recommend.

Got mine modified inseam-66cm. Height 5’3.perfection!!especially with clogs/sandals.also,handy due to veru functional side and back pockets.

These trousers fit perfectly! The heavy linen is great for winter. No shrinkage after washing. I had these trousers customised in a size S/M to be 36.5 inches long and reduce the waist elastic by 1 inch (I'm 170 cm tall with a 26.5 inch waist).

Very happy with my new trousers and the thick (and warmer) version of linen fabric for winter. The added length is perfect. Maybe could have ordered a size down; there is al lot of extra fabric in the gathered back now.

Awesome fit and linen quality. I ordered S/M and was really worried about the fit. My measurements: 76 cm waist, 104 hips, 170 cm height. and what can I say? It fits perfectly. Xs would have been way too tight around waist and hips. totally recommend.:)
