Brooke Heavy Linen Trousers

I am overall happy with the style and look of these pants, but I wish I had gotten a size up. I was between XS-S, but the model in the photos had the same measurements as me, so I ordered an XS. The waist is slightly tight, and I think a S might have been a better fit. I'm hoping the fabric/elastic will break in a little bit over time and become a bit more comfortable, but I still like these pants overall.

Love-love-love these pants and colour. I have them in Brown and Olive, both are really nice but Olive is very special and my favourite! Suitable for many occasions: casual looks, office days, nights out. I wear them in winter and with knee-high socks and a longer jacket they are warm enough. I am 178cm tall and I asked the pants to be made 4cm longer which fits very nicely. I have rather thick ties, so after ca 3 months the pants shred a bit in the crotch area - for persona with wider hips it happens all the time, yet it is something to keep in mind. Fortunately, nothing that a local seamstress can’t fix. All in all, these are pretty much the nicest pants I ever worn.

I love these! they are thick enough to wear in almost all weather but they are still soft and breathable. I will order more!

Delighted with the new trousers. Perfect fit. I'm size 12/14 and the leg hem was well clear of my shoes to avoid traipsing the beautiful linen through the ground. Quality linen which I will have for many years. Thank you !

(got it in blue) I so look forward to wearing it. It's been to warm to try it yet (small heat wave here) but the fabric feels soft and comfy as well as sturdy. Definitely a staple for year-round wear.

This slim-fit is the style I have been waiting for. As I’m short, I prefer slim fit rather than loose fit to make myself balanced. Only the problem is, I have to squeeze my hip to get into the pants, as the pants do not have a zipper. Though I knew it before ordering as Linenfox website provides maximum stretched waist measurements of these pants. Please Linenfox, provide your customers a choice of non-zippered or with zipper for pear-shaped people. I’m OK for extra charge for a zipper. Thanks for awesome new styles in winter 2022 collection!

In general, nice thick material. Pants sit well, it’s nice you can customize - but at the same time they do not offer as many customization as other companies do, even thought the price range, and country of origin is the same. One big minus point for me is that the button and front opening of the pants is fake, there is a button and a zip seam, but there is no zip and the button is sewed on shut. So the only way to wear the pants is to pull it up rather than also being able to zip up and button close. It seems a little pointless for a brand that advertises on sustainable practices to then include features that are purely for show and have no practical purpose. Will see how the pants hold up and wash. For my first Linenfox order it is a little bit disappointing.

This is my second pair. I have one in Olive colour and had to buy another another one and thinking about a third pair because they are so good!

I ordered the Brooke first in Terracotta and it felt so good i ordered the same outfit in Olive and Pine green. It looks like a straight legged jeans but it feels more comfortable. Congratulations with this new model of trousers. I like it a lot.
