U.S. SHIPMENTS – DDP & TARIFF UPDATE

All shipments to the U.S. are now sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we cover all import duties and tariffs at the time of shipping — you won’t have to pay anything extra when your order arrives.

 

Please note that, due to new U.S. tariff regulations and increased parcel volumes, occasional delays may occur within U.S. customs or local carriers. These hold-ups are usually related to customs congestion, postal overload, or changes in import procedures.

 

We do everything possible to ensure smooth and timely delivery, but kindly ask for your understanding that any delays once the parcel is within U.S. customs or carrier networks are beyond our control.

At the moment, we cover all customs and import taxes only for orders shipped to the United States. For all other countries outside the European Union, buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
