SHIPPING & RETUNS

Linenfox ships from a Lithuania (Europe). Delivery time is calculated from when the package leaves our studio.

We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has shipped.

 

We do ship worldwide shipping:

Via national registered post service shipping takes 10-25 working days (depends on your shipping address location)

Items are sent as priority registered airmail.

Price is 8 EUR

 

Via DHL express shipping takes 2-3 working days

Shipping takes 1-4 days (depends on your shipping address location)

Price is 25 EUR

 

RETURNS

We ask that the item be in their original packaging with attached labels, unworn,

unwashed, undamaged and send back to LINENFOX within 14 days from the day you received items.

IMPORTANT: we reserve the right not to accept garments that are not in their original appearance.

If 14 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t

offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund

within 14 days. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

 

Please note return shipping is best sent with tracking number to ensure safe and documented delivery.

LINENFOX take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

sale items, custom or personalised orders, special lengths, custom sizes and colours.

If the colour you choose is not in option our drop-box it could not be refunded, returned or exchanged.

 

EXCHANGES

 We suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before you return your original

purchase, as we cannot guarantee stock levels.
