Linenfox ships from Lithuania (Europe). Delivery time is calculated from the day the package is sent from our warehouse.
We are not able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.

Free DHL Express shipping for the countries listed above is applied to orders over €300.
Postal service shipping takes 10-25 working days and includes tracking.

Our products are eligible for a refund if they meet the following terms:
- Items must be in standard size and length (no customization).
- Items must be in the original condition (not used, not washed and not damaged).
- Items in specific colors may not be eligible for a refund. For more information, get in touch with us.
- The return package must contain a return form completed.
- The return package must contain all the contents of the original package except for fabric samples if the entire order is returned for a refund.
- The return form must contain an order number, which consists of 4 digits. A return form with transaction IDs or other inaccurate information does not qualify for a refund. If you do not know the order number, feel free to contact us.
- Items must be mailed off within 14 days as of the day of delivery.
IMPORTANT: Customized items are final. They cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or altered.
A VAT of 21% is added at the checkout to orders from the EU-based customers.
When we receive the return package, we inspect the clothes. A refund for the items returned is issued within 14 days as of the day of delivery. When we have processed with the inspection and refund, we will make sure to inform you about it.
The value of the items returned is credited to the same Paypal/bank account/credit card used at the time of the purchase.
To ensure that the items you are not happy about are delivered to us safely, we recommend shipping with tracking.
Keep the tracking number/shipping receipt for your records.
We do not cover returning shipping expenses, and returning shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges. To get the right item, you should place a new order.
